Single Dose Urinary Kinetics of Cyclobenzaprine

A study was performed in our laboratory after a participant was given a single 10 mg dose of Cyclobenzaprine. Urine was collected at different times post ingestion, extracted using the basic alkaline procedure, and injected on a Gas Chromatograph equipped with a Nitrogen Phosphorous Detector.
